Post Exam Snack

Writer's picture: Balanced you nutritionBalanced you nutrition

Exam season is in full throttle in our house šŸ˜© and these fruity, crunchy, flapjacks were rustled up in preparation for the daily kitchen raid that occurs when the boys return home, ravenous.

Packed with seeds, oats, fruit and coconut, these bars are a great source of protein to boost energy and brain šŸ§  function after a busy day. The high fibre levels ensure blood sugars donā€™t sink soon after eating, to see your teens (and you!) through to dinner.

āļø Hereā€™s the recipe. They taste great when still warm from the oven. šŸ˜‹
